Naqel Driver is operated by Ghayat for Information Technology and is intended for authorized drivers working with organizations using the Naqel transportation management platform.
Naqel Driver accounts are created and managed by authorized company administrators. Users cannot create their own Driver accounts from within the application.

Naqel Driver collects precise device location information as part of its core operational functionality.
Location may continue to be collected while the application is running in the background and is not visible on the screen.
This background location functionality is used to provide live tracking of authorized drivers and company vehicles so that authorized administrators and supervisors can view the current location of a driver during transportation operations.
When background tracking is active, the application displays a persistent system notification informing the driver that location tracking is active.
Naqel Driver is designed to transmit and maintain the driver's current or most recent location for live operational tracking. The service is not designed to create or maintain a historical record of the driver's movements.
Background tracking stops when the application's tracking service is fully terminated.
Location information is not used for advertising.
Naqel Driver may access and process information necessary for transportation operations, including:

Naqel Driver uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to receive operational push notifications.
Information necessary to deliver notifications, such as an application notification token and relevant technical device information, may be processed for this purpose.

Account and operational information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Naqel transportation platform, maintain authorized employee accounts, support transportation operations, meet legitimate business requirements, and satisfy applicable legal or security obligations.
Driver location information is used for current live tracking and is not intended to be retained as a historical movement record.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for its intended purpose, it may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legitimate legal, regulatory, security, operational, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account, operational, and location information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
Communication between the Naqel Driver application and Naqel servers is transmitted using secure network connections.
However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Naqel Driver accounts are organization-managed work accounts and cannot be created by users from within the application.
