Naqel Supervisor is operated by Ghayat for Information Technology and is intended for authorized supervisors working with organizations using the Naqel transportation management platform.
Naqel Supervisor accounts are created and managed by authorized company administrators. Users cannot create their own Supervisor accounts from within the application.

Naqel Supervisor does not collect or track the GPS location of the supervisor's own device for live tracking purposes.
The application may display the current or most recent locations of authorized Naqel drivers as part of the transportation management system.
Driver location information is used to allow authorized supervisors to monitor transportation operations, view the current positions of drivers and company vehicles, and coordinate active transportation activities.
The Supervisor application is designed to display current live driver locations rather than historical movement records.

Naqel Supervisor uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to receive operational push notifications.
Information necessary to deliver notifications, such as an application notification token and relevant technical device information, may be processed for this purpose.
Notifications may include information about transportation requests, trip assignments, cancellations, status changes, or other operational events.

Supervisor account information and operational records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the transportation platform, support business operations, maintain authorized work accounts, satisfy security requirements, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Driver location information displayed by Naqel Supervisor is used for current operational tracking and is not intended to create a historical movement record.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legitimate legal, regulatory, security, operational, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and operational information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
Communication between Naqel Supervisor and Naqel servers is transmitted using secure network connections.

Naqel Supervisor accounts are organization-managed work accounts and cannot be created by users from within the application.
